Standard personality test and IQ round, followed by one one interview with a senior consultant. Iq test was logic based and the personality test was an option based more likely,less likely to quiz based on an in house tool.

Interview
There will be 3 rounds, 1st is HR round where they will check your communication skills and whether or not you know Excel. 2nd round is the technical round where Excel will be checked in depth (pivot, XLOOKUP, conditionals etc.). 3rd round was with a panel, and they asked questions regarding the job and in general asking about your experience etc.
The process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by two behavioral interviews with team members and a final round with a senior manager. Questions focused on teamwork, problem solving, and understanding of risk and consulting. The interviewers were professional and conversational.

Mijn ervaring met het sollicitatieproces bij Aon was teleurstellend.
