Applied online initially, and quickly got to the psychometric testing. All fairly quick and standard.
After I was invited to a video interview online, with fairly standard competency questions but worded in quite specific ways. As long as you did preparation it was fine. You did, however, only have one chance to record your answer which wasn't ideal.
Once that was completed it was a long wait hearing nothing, to then be told I was waiting to be shortlisted for an assessment centre. After that was another long wait to get my assessment centre details.
The Assessment Centre was fine, no task was very difficult and everyone was really friendly, however a few staff weren't all clear what they were doing. It consisted of an e-tray task you had to complete 24 hours before the AC (the tasks were easy but you had very little time), a group task, two presentations and a 1-2-1 interview. As I said, the day was fun and only took up half the day.
After, a couple of weeks later I was invited to a final interview, and then about a month later I was given my result. Communication got gradually worse and worse, with them at times not replying to my emails.
