One sided street in terms of communication, received rushed end of day phone calls twice but little delayed follow up. Unstructured interview with poor pay. Seems as if your Vancouver office closes because everyone leaves you have a problem.

Three stages of interviews HR, followed by hiring manager, followed by a team fit interview with someone currently in the role that you are applying for. Mine were all virtual but I think this depends on the circumstances
