The interview itself was pretty normal. However, I was notified right from the get-go that they were hiring a lot of positions in this area because they had (and are having) a lot of turnover. I asked why, and all I got was a vague response aside from "that's what it's like these days". It sounded like to me that they weren't doing a lot to retain employees on several fronts. That was a major red flag for me, so I withdrew my application right then.
