I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The Interview had 3 major stages after the resume review. 1. Webex Interview 2. Professional Interview 3. Superday
1. For the Video Interview, there were about a dozen questions ranging from multiple choice to video (most of the questions were video). The questions asked basic cybersecurity questions all like what is CIA triad, the difference between threat, risk, and vulnerability etc. The good thing about this section is that if you messed up a recording, you could redo them to your satisfaction (I think up to 2-3 tries).
2. This stage was a one-on-one interview for about 30 minutes with a professional working in the Cyber Solutions department at Aon. I know for other people they were asked about their resume, but for me, I was asked more detailed cybersecurity questions like:
What is XSS? What are the different types of XSS? What is a way to prevent that from happening?
3. The last stage was by far the most difficult in my opinion not because of the content but because how long it was. This stage is made up of about 45 minute interview sessions with different managers. This interview was made up by technical, logical, situational, behavioral, and group discussion (with some breaks in between). I don't have much advice for this section other than to know basic security networking and how the Internet works.
Overall, I found this process to be incredibly enjoyable and would recommend coming into the interviews with a postive attitude! Good Luck!

I applied online. In the span of a few days and a few weeks, I had a video interview and a full day on-site interview with several one-on-ones, and a group interview.
Went through two rounds, the first was a HireVue with a bunch of behavioral questions, and the second was a technical interview. For the technical interview, they honed in on my experience with pentesting and asked me a bunch of questions related to it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (New York, NY) in Nov 2024
Interview
Started with an online HireVue (esc) interview. From there I has an online call with a member from the team. Finally there was a virtual superday consisting of a behavioral, technical, and group interview.
