I spent 2 hours of my time interviewing with other employees that I'd be working closely with. It seemed to go quite well. However, they did not have the decency to follow up to let me know if they would be moving forward or if it wasn't a fit. That was quite rude and I felt like it was a waste of my time. Most companies of this size at least have some type of process with candidates to let them know where they stand in the interview process. If someone is going to take time out of their day to interview with your company, at least be thoughtful and say thanks or no thanks.
