The recruiter from Technosoft called me and explained that there would be 3 rounds of interview - 2 from Technosoft and 1 from the client. However, after 1 client interview I was asked to attend one more client interview. All the interviews were re-scheduled at least once because the panelist got busy or some similar reasons - but did inform in advance. All through the process, the recruiter had been telling me that it was a critical project and I should not back out. She also confirmed umpteen number of times if my notice period was what I had mentioned,if I was attending other interviews, had another offers, if I was okay with the position, job profile and compensation offered. I was also asked if I was okay to submit my original documents. After the 4th round of interview she informed me that I was almost through and it was pending some approvals. But no update for more than 2 weeks.
