I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AppCard (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Discombobulated. Interviews are not challenging and I don't see how they can make a fair assessment of the quality of professionals that they are admitting. It was all sketchy, to say the least. After some basic questions with no subtance the VP walked into the room and within 5 minutes of more unchallenging questions I was given an offer on the spot?! What?! The entire time it felt like the interviewer was asking questions because they had to, with little to no clue as of why the question was being asked.

Question 1
What do we do? What is out product? Tell me about you? What have you done?
Respectful, casual, diligent. Everyone was super friendly. I questioned why the role had a turnover, and the team was honest and professional, which was refreshing. I felt comfortable, and it was evident that there was rapport with the team and the leadership.
