The technical questions are easy and straightforward. One question (I don't remember what it asked exactly) is tricky but I think that is meant to see if you are able to find the information you need with a Google search, which you will. The US and UK spelling questions can be VERY tricky, this is because you can get a 0% only by writing, for example, "she is" rather than "she's”, so you better pay a lot of attention and write correctly the answers that are straight forward, because otherwise, you will risk failing even knowing the English language perfectly well. This didn’t make a lot of sense to me, because, even on a professional transcription, writing one thing over the other one would not have made any difference, it is not like writing “there” rather than “their”, for example. Nevertheless, those questions are there, and there is more than one of them, so try to guess what the speaker said as good as you can, I guess.
