Everything was online, paid training and test to do projects. Overall a good and simple experience. Feedback took around a week to get into a project but this depends on skills and experience
No Interview. To be hired, take test to pass to qualify. Process took over a week to hear back. Fill out required forms. Then passed on to onboarding to sign on to task as they came.
