Interview
Extremely long and difficult exam. 186 page study guide with examples that don't necessarily match what you see in the exam. Little to no guidance on how long the test is, how many questions it is, or how many you need to complete correctly in order to pass. Only one (and in some cases two) chance to pass this rigorous exam. They ask you to give your subjective opinion, but if your opinion is wrong, you fail.

There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.

You do not get to speak to someone you simply have to do assessments and and further tests to describe your personality. Also a lot of NDA's are required to be signed before you begin.
