After applying online, I was contacted three days later to complete the assessment test. The test is divided up into three parts, the web search evaluation section, English, and technical questions. I did not find the test to be very difficult as long as you read the instructions and rely on them when completing the search evaluation section. I was contacted immediately after completing the test to do a video interview. This was conducted a few days later by Skype. Strangely, though, it was only a one way video. She could see me but I could not see her. The interview went very well, at least I thought it did. She stated they pay $21 per hour. However, the following morning I received a form email from a generic email address (not the person I had been communicating with) that my "credentials did not match" what they were looking for. I had never been told that I did or did not pass the test, and was never told which "credentials" were the problem. (Perhaps one of the two degrees I hold). I think is was a very unprofessional way of handling their hiring process.
