I applied from Melbourne. Had a Skype interview, then a phone interview. After that I offered to go to Sydney to check it out in person (I would be making the interstate move there and wanted to be sure I would like it). Then when I got back I had another Skype interview. At the end I really felt like they had gotten to know me, it was very positive if very drawn out.
