Nice process. It was done an assessment to test job requirements. Everything else was done via email. There was not an interview process because the job opportunity was remote. You had to study the job's guidelines in order to be approved.

There is no interview for independent contractors. They just email you if they have an open slot, and go from there. Best interview ever. Don't know what else to say about it. Glassdoor requires 30 words for this.

The only questions asked were about equipment specs, and that was done with an online form.
