I initially applied on line. Appen will contact you via email and set up a qualifying test. If that is passed then you are hired and work under a supervised probationary period.

Very easy phone interview and a week or so of training at lower pay. Presentations were remotely done via PowerPoint and Live Meeting. The training was very easy and went smoothly. The phone interview was also very conversational and casual.
