I submitted my application on company's website and after that I had to wait for a suitable project to become available. A couple of months later I received an email informing me that a transcription project is about to start. This email was at the same time an invitation to participate in the project if I was interested. In order to qualify for the project I had to sit a screening test and upon the results of this test final candidates were chosen. Test consisted of approximately ten questions simulating tasks from the project. The test was not difficult because thorough instructions came with the email invitation.
A week after the test I was informed that I was selected as a member of a transcription team and within next couple of days project started.

There was no regular interview, no unexpected questions. Screening test results decided final candidates and communication with the supervisor was being done completely via email (not only during selection process, but also during the project).
