The overall process was really smooth. 1. HR Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn and scheduled me for a phone call to get to know my experience a bit better. 2.Phone call with a Senior Consultant. He asked me questions about my technical background and past project experience. Since I have experience with SQL, he asked me a few questions on that (What is a view, difference between non-clustered and clustered index) 3. Flown out to HQ, where I had four 30 minute interviews back-to-back Interview 1: Give a 15 minute presentation on one of a few topics they provide. I chose to talk about what is Service-Oriented Architecture and why enterprises should use them. Interview 2: Completely behavioral. Interview 3: Technical Interview. I was asked SQL questions, ERD diagrams, write pseudo code for a programming question. I was given an image of a website and asked to figure out what could be made better about it. 4. Interview with an executive. Behavioral.

I'll say immediately that I had a pleasant experience interviewing for this position. The people I met with were all highly professional. The recruiting team provided me full transparency in the process (e.g. who I would be speaking to, their title, the content/length of the interview, when I could expect to hear back). They moved quickly and the whole process took approximately two weeks. The interview format was typical: a phone screen with the recruiter, a phone screen with a senior consultant, and an on-site interview where I met with four individuals back-to-back. The on-site involved a behavioral interview, a technical interview, a presentation, and an interview with a VP.
