Had 2 separate interviews. One was over the phone the next was on zoom with 2 managers. They ask basic hospitality questions. Not much about prior knowledge of tech. They explained the job position and then ended the conversation by telling me I would hear back from them.

They asked me to describe one time I had to deal with a tough customer and how I resolved that situation.

Un appel avec la personne chargé du recrutement pour avoir des infos sur le poste, les avantages et le salaire, Un entretien Visio avec un manager d'équipe. Assez rapide et réponse rapide également.
J'ai découvert l'opportunité de poste via une annonce en ligne. Suite à ma candidature, j'ai reçu un appel téléphonique de premier contact avec un recruteur d'Apple. Cet échange a duré environ 20 à 30 minutes et a permis de discuter rapidement de mes motivations pour le poste, ainsi que de mes compétences en matière de support technique et de service à la clientèle.
