The interview process was smooth and professional. Questions focused on customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and why I wanted to work at Apple. The interviewer was friendly and conversational. Prepare examples using the STAR method and be ready to demonstrate empathy, communication, and a customer-first mindset.
Very straightforward . Not what I expected. Salary was somewhat low. Was a few years ago, but would happily take a job with them now. I really thought they would offer more since it’s Apple
