Interview
I had two phone interviews. After the first phone interview with the recruiter I was told that I would be given a list of technical question and a few days before scheduling an on-site interview. A day after, I received an email asking for another phone call with the hiring manager this time. My expectation was more technical background check. The hiring manager jumped into some very basic technical questions right after introducing himself. He was not convinced with any of my answers as he was looking to hear the answers he had in hid mind. The weirdest part about this interview was that he was expecting to hear his answers in 2 minutes!!! You cannot evaluate a person's technical skills over the phone by asking basic questions and expecting answers in 2 minutes.
