I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Great process of interviewing with team members, peer directors and VPs. Very casual, but also very intense - expect to get very direct questions on everything ranging from technical background to people management to personal style and culture. These won't be surface level questions, but deep probing questions by people genuinely interested to hear how you think.

Question 1
How do you deal with conflicting requirement from a superior?
A series of calls. Felt there were too many variables to feel like they were interested in me or were just doing what they had to to hire internally. Company's need to be honest about their intent. Don't interview externally if you don't plan to hire someone from the outside. Laws need to change to stop wasting everyone's time.
