Took place over 3 interview phases each with higher levels of management from two sr managers to two store leaders to the market manager. First two phases asking closely related questions all behavioral based and the final phase in more of a get to know your style of leadership. Very concise and deep diving process but definitely helps the company find the correct new partner for them. Even if not selected they keep your info for their talent pipeline for future roles as far as I understand
