A complete waste of time with an utter lack of respect for the candidate. First interview with HR (typical HR interview), followed by 2 one-one interviews, and a 2-in-1 case presentation + panel interview. First three interviews were fine and then it went downhill. The case itself was fine (it was given a couple of days prior to the presentation), however the interviewers spent a lot of time poking holes in the case presentation. Instead of understanding the thought process, it became very clear they just want you to think they're better than you or smarter than you (or both) because any concern you address was somehow a "wrong answer." It was so strange because the interviewers were so aggressively competitive. The best part was after all 4 rounds were completed, HR completely ghosted me. There was no response despite multiple follow-ups over the course of 2 months (!!!). The only time they responded was when I followed up by saying "I received an e-mail asking me about my interview experience with Apple." Went through 2 rounds of interview for another role and was once again ghosted thereafter. No response at all despite multiple follow-ups over the course of a month, and then one fine day (after I'd already accepted the offer and started with another company), the HR tries to reach out again to "continue" the interview process. Disappointment is an understatement. What a joke.
