Really easy. All done remotely. You basically just interview via zoom and ask all the generic questions. My advice is too just be yourself and try to oversell you knowledge of Apple products because they don’t care much about it. You’ll then get an email if they offer you a job

Describe a difficult situation and how you resolved it
The group interview was peaceful and definitetly took the stress of being interviewed off. The questions were not hard to answer. I reccomend being open and friendly and seem like you are outgoing and the interview will go well.
There are three separate phases, the phases are each conducted virtually and you have autonomy to schedule at a convenient day and time. There is someone that assist you through the entire process.
it was quite an easy process, in a group interview style, basic behavioural qustions were asked, they looked out for an outgoing personality, concise answers and overall a smooth process held over zoom
