Expect 3 rounds of interviews, mostly behavioral in nature. While there may be some technical or case-based questions, the emphasis is on your narrative, how you communicate your experiences, and how you align with the firm’s culture and team. You’ll likely be speaking to a mix of interviewers, ranging from analysts and associates to VPs and directors.
