Interview
These were the rounds I had:
- Recruiter Phone Screening
- Future Hiring Manager & Skip Manager Interview
- Cross-Functional Team Interview (2 rounds with total 4 people)
All above were virtual one. I didn't make it into the final round (which might be and on-site one). Total process timeline from submitting resume to getting rejection was roughly 4.5 months (Sep-Feb), It might be longer because of the holiday session.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you weren't given clear direction, and you had to fight through some ambiguity. But you know the event had to go on, and you couldn't stop and wait. Tell me about a time where you had to overcome that, and how you did it.
Here's tight deadlines. It's a lot of stress. It's overwhelming. How do you handle the pressure when you feel the moment is getting too big for you? How do you process that?
