Phone Interview. Really smooth process. Interviewer called me exactly on time and started with some admin questions clarifying availabilities, role type as well as the expected stages of the hiring process, this phone interview being stage 1 with there being two more stages of interviews for successful candidates. Then around 4 standard customer service questions.

Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.

I was invited to an initial online interview, then an online seminar, and finally an in-store group interview. During the group interview, we were individually called aside to perform a mock customer interaction with an interviewer.
