The interview process was well-structured and thorough, beginning with an initial phone screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a virtual panel interview with the hiring manager and team members, where I was asked about my experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle challenges. The interviewers were professional and engaging, providing clear information about the company culture and expectations. I was also given a case study to analyze, which tested my analytical and communication abilities. Overall, the process was challenging but fair, allowing me to showcase my qualifications effectively.
