I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
I expected more from a company like Apple. The interview process was one of the most disorganized and disrespectful experiences I’ve had in my career.
After multiple rounds, including time-consuming preparation and panel interviews, communication became completely inconsistent. Feedback timelines were missed, and I was left in the dark for weeks. When I proactively followed up, I received vague responses or none at all. Eventually, I was ghosted entirely — no closure, no feedback, nothing.
The lack of transparency and basic courtesy was disappointing, especially coming from a company that promotes innovation and excellence. Candidates invest a lot of time and energy — the least Apple could do is treat applicants with professionalism and respect.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nearly every question followed the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format — nothing inherently wrong with that, but it quickly became repetitive after 6 rounds.
Moderate, not too much to worry, just answer the questions properly and maintain proper discipline. It is just how you analyze and answer the questions asked and respond to it.
I had a first round of phone interview (chat) with a recruiter from Apple before an official video interview session with the hiring manager from Philippines. Both sessions went smoothly - recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and respectful.
