Very relaxed interview. One on one with the recruiter. The interview was in an open plan office so you do compete to be heard, but it also gives you a sense of comfort and informality. Prior to the interview you are required to fill in paperwork, so allow 20minutes extra prior to allotted time. Once in the interview you will review your work history, career goals, and the specific requirements of the role you are being recruited for.
