I talked to my recruiter honestly. it was very simple. I gave her my resume and complete 7 year work history, education, and addresses i've resided in. The only downside was that it took probably about 2 months to actually get the job because of the lengthy background screening process. They will call every single reference you provide and expect precise dates of employment. Also will need copies of school transcripts.
