Interview
First interview was actually for a job placement through the agency, then they called me back a second time to meet with the branch manager after passing more online assessments. Third interview with the area manager which lasted over and hour and finally driving all the way up to OC from SD to meet with the regional vice president for him to make the final decision

Group Interview and one on one and if they select you they'll email you a application to meet with the Divisional President for a final interview to work with the company.
