I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Applied Industrial Technologies (Oakleigh) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process involves a personality test (unfortunately, I can't remember which one but not Myers Briggs) which you have to take online before the interview. The day of the interview also involves a written/Excel test where you will demonstrate skills in basic math (calculating averages etc.) as well as some Excel skills: using formulas etc. I believe these are done for all employees, regardless of the department they will be working in.
The interview itself is relatively basic: strengths, weaknesses, previous work experiences etc. The results of the personality test and written test will probably be discussed too. Mine was held with the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor and an HR rep. There was only one round of interviews.

Interview
Had a phone interview and it was just a normal introduction. The recruiter asked about salary requirements and then expressed that my salary requirements were higher than what they started at. He then came back and said their VP still wanted to interview me and sent a link to formally apply which I did right away. U never heard back despite sending a follow up message. It is a professional courtesy to at least follow up.
Three phase interview process. First spoke with HR, then Regional manager, also went for a ride along with another account manager. Overall the process was smooth with open communication and efficiency.
The interview process was great. General manager ask basic questions on my knowledge on that relates to the job. Worked with the company as a partnership so im knowledgeable on the company.
