I interviewed at Applied Industrial Technologies (Lithia Springs, GA)
Interview
The interview process was tedious. I got interviewed by at least 5 days different people. It was tedious but the interviewers were really nice and down to earth. The process was about 3 weeks long before I found out I got the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Applied Industrial Technologies (Albany, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
They came to my school for a career fair and I applied online after meeting the employees. The recruiter reached out to be a little over a week after. I took a pre-interview exam and had a phone screen with her. About 2 week after, they invited me to fly out to Albany, NY to do a job shadow. This part was very helpful because you get to see what you would actually be doing in the job. I met with the regional manager, he was really nice and transparent with me about the job. I was in Albany for about a day and half and the recruiter was very helpful answering all my questions. When they flew me out there wasn't really an interview part, the last part was meeting him 1 on 1 to answer any last minute questions. Since I already had another offer they did not fly me out to their headquarters. Instead, the recruiter and the regional manager gave me the offer. So you can speed up the process for you and everyone was really nice!
