Interview
It's smooth and quick to give feedback. Everybody is nice. The whole interview process includes one technical test, two video chats and then went to the company physically to conduct the on-site interview.

Interview
I interviewed for fun (and practice). The office was nice. No NDA so I can speak freely. First round was a zoom call where the interviewer seemed to know nothing about me and had the wrong resume info pulled up. He accused me of lying about my experience before realizing he was reading the wrong resume. Very professional.
Final round was an onsite. They told me it won't be technical - not that I mind, I dig some leetcode. I get there and, as it turns out, it is technical. The interviewers were like Thing 1 and Thing 2, good cop bad cop. They asked me some DevOps and SRE questions (not what I applied for, nor anything I do) and then asked some LLM questions. I answered correctly, they laughed and said I was wrong. At the end of the interview they backtracked on that. Managers seemed cool but I doubt the pay is competitive. Haven't heard back about an offer yet.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Applied Materials (Treviso) in Jun 2026
