Interview
Applied on third week of May, 4 weeks later the portal updated with automated notification to schedule a Teams call with hiring manager and some time slots so I selected same day. Call was an easy discussion with a few questions about my current job, at the end HM let me know HR would contact me to set up an onsite meeting with the team. 1 week later on Monday HR set up an onsite meeting for Wednesday and told me to prepare a 30 min onsite presentation about my work. At the end HM let me know HR would contact me to discuss salary. HR contacted me on the next day to let me know that they finished discussing the role and the team recommended I move forward. Two days after the onsite we discussed salary and start date, which I was very impressed with. HR said they hoped offer letter would be approved by 1-2 weeks. Offer letter came surprisingly within 2 hours of the initial salary talk.
This was different and faster than other Applied interviews I completed before where they required more than 2 rounds and I was ghosted with no followup email response. But the fit appeared to be strong from the start, and the HMs from those teams may have internally sent my resume around or had some sort of interview performance score because I received many interview requests at once after that.

Interview
HR contacted me and arranged a meeting with the hiring manager. I had a 30-minute interview where, after introducing myself, I was asked mostly behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any feedback since then.
