I only went through step one, but it sounds like it was going to be a gauntlet of at least 2 more stages. The first step after my application was accepted was a zoom interview as a "get to know you" conversation.

I was questioned about my current projects I had listed on my resume
The recruiter seemed to pry and when I was asked about my expected salary she responded by saying “well that is not what you’re making now is it?” Which I thought was very unprofessional.
