I got two phone interviews, both around 30 min long. They were kind, but they seemed to care more about little details of your past that didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things rather than how you could add to the company, Kind of disappointing.

I applied online on a Friday afternoon and had a phone interview scheduled for Wednesday of the next week. After the phone interview I was invited to come in for an in-person interview the next week with the VP of People. Following the interview with the VP of People, I was given a tour of the office, then was invited to come back the next day for an interview with the VP of Sales. After interviewing with the VP of Sales, I was contacted by phone later that day and invited to come for an interview with the CEO the following week. Each interview was held at the Little Rock office and lasted about an hour. The conversations were very open and engaging. In addition to the typical “Tell me about your education and work history,” there were questions pertaining to personal development, dealing with ego and handling personal rejection/imposter syndrome. Something that stood out to me, was that this company really focuses on on-boarding top-notch team members and they realize that you as a whole matter not just who you are 8a-5p, so they are truly interested in your outside work life as well. So the interviewers asked what my interests were outside of work, what I do in my free time and about my family; not something I've ever had happen at a job interview before.
