The team I interviewed with was very accommodating. All the way to the recruiters scheduling my travel. Really communicative about the process, details, and itinerary. Once we started, I was really impressed with how great everyone seemed. Now that I have accepted my job and gone through the culture training, I can tell that they really make it a point to live their culture fundamentals!

Interview
The interview process for Aprio was overall a great experience. While there were some technical questions about previous job experience, tax software used, specific returns prepared, etc., the overall focus of the interview was to get to know each other and to see if Aprio was going to be a good fit for both parties. The interview process created a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel like I immediately wanted to be apart of the team and get to work.
