The interview process was pretty average, starting with phone screening, interview with the direct reporting manager, and then a final round. Pretty typical questions to get to know the candidate, work experience, and some situational/ behavioral questions. Once you pass the interview process, you aren't given much time to accept the offer. I got about 24 hours to decide. On top, I find a few things as a bit of a red flag. Was told during screening that they offer a generous bonus compensation and offer stock option compensation. Once the offer letter was sent over, I asked about both and was told that they don't offer any bonus structure and that stock option expense was a work in progress. umm ok? why wasn't this mentioned before and why is it that I had to prompt for answers. A bit of a sneaky move.
