so the interview process had 5 steps.
1) the aptitude test which had 40 questions to be answered in 20 minutes followed by a personality questionnaire module. The difficulty level was easy (again it depends upon the practice you have given in enhancing this skill).
2) the technical round was more focused on the set of technical skills you have mentioned in your resume.
3) the third round had more of puzzle questions along with the profile related questions you have applied for.
4) the fourth round was again focused on the questions related to the profile you have applied for.
5) the HR round.

A) The second technical round was more focused on the resume. So, be prepared with that.
B)The questions which were asked to me in the third round of the interview were:
1) " Suppose you are standing in front of a 100 floored building and you have 100 samples in your hand, from which floor do you throw the sample so that it breaks (ps: you don't know the material of the sample)".
2) The qualities a customer support must have in them (be very good with this answer).
C) The fourth round was more like a general discussion which mainly focused on again the profile related questions and questions like "why do you want to choose this profile". So, make sure that you properly know the job description and the minimum roles and responsibilities a customer support person has.

I was called by the recruiter, and we had a brief discussion of my qualifications. She said she thought I would be a great candidate, but before she could set-up the second Interview, I needed to do a 50-Q in 15 minute test. I let her know, I am poor at tests, and she assured me, that was not the "End-all-be-all", so I used the prep info she sent. I followed it's advice, but I was still sure I did badly. I have emailed her several time with no reply.
