Cognitive ability and personality assessment. Then phone screen with hiring manager. Then video interview with multiple managers. I was just ghosted after that interview, even after following up multiple times.
response was slow, really slow
applied mid january, request to take aptitude test came in february.after taking the test i spent a month wondering whether i didnt make it or they are just THAT slow to get back to me
