It starts with an online assessment test that comprises of 50 question that need to be solved in 22 minutes. Seems pretty okay with question that test your logical ability/analytic knowledge etc. The second round is a written test to test your English grammar and basic computer skills. The third round is a face-to-face interview with the manager. They usually ask questions from your CV, so be thorough on whatever in mentioned in your CV. The fourth round is the final round with the HR. Basic questions like - What is the skills that you have for us to consider you the best for this role? Being a B.E pass-out, why Technical Writing? Etc.. There is no salary discussion for a fresher but they offered me a decent package.

The process took half a day. I applied through online. First there will be aptitude test, you should answer 50 questions in 22 minutes. If you can pick up the speed it is easy to crack, and aptitude test is compulsory for all roles in this company. 2nd round is basic grammar test and also you are required to describe few procedures in writing. After written test you will have a technical round interview followed by hr round.
