The interview process was subpar - the recruiter called in and gathered very basic info as a part of the screening and did not respond later. After chasing he directly scheduled a face to face interview. There was no JD nor job details discussed. As to my surprise, the manager who interviewed me just asked me to introduce myself and within 15 minutes said she was done with the interview. There was no correspondence from the recruiter until a week, where I tried reaching him constantly with no response and finally just receive a watsapp message that your feedback is not positive! I am still surprised about the whole process being so flimsy and wondering how such so called product based firm disregard candidate experience as even a metric! Totally disappointed and I am glad I did not get a chance to work in such a workplace.
