It's surprising to see a Tier 1 company rated only 3.5 stars. Considering my experience and the reviews, I've decided to steer clear of Aptiv. Job security and a respectful workplace are crucial, so it's important to be cautious when considering new opportunities.

I got a call from a recruiter initially and asked me about the availability to schedule a first level of technical discussion. They have invited me for an 1 hour interview. And they scheduled another half of an hour interview at next day, it's a continuation of the first level of interview. They have been satisfied with my answers. The next day a managerial round was conducted. They're asking about the motive of your job change and relocation. The next day in the HR round, HR is so friendly in nature. She took that meeting smoothly.
