The first and second interview is just with one interviewer and is so you learn about the company and show if you have the skills to learn and be capable of being dedicated to sale. If you passed to the third interview it includes 2 people interviewing you (haven't done yet my 3rd interview).

Huge time waster. Interviews every week going over the pitch. Only further helps the interviewer. There is no pay or compensation for interviewing or participating in the mandatory training. You must go through this process for six months before the selling Summer. Most times you meet for an hour to two hours twice a week.
