I was interviewed directly by the company I was going to be doing contracting work. Aquent Agent was there too and the interview took about 1 hour. The decision was a bit longer as more candidates were in line. I was interviewed by two engineers with a lot of experience in both, web apps and mobile apps. I worked my way through this company as they were looking for a developer with Swift skills and I have objective-c experience and very little with Swift, but as of today, finding experienced Swift developers is not easy, they granted the interview, in which I commented about this Swift issue arguing that learning Swift was a moving ground as Apple kept changing it.
