Quick response to my inquiry by GM and quick referral to the recruiting manager. Very comprehensive interview process to understand my strengths and interests, and match to company needs. Recruiter vetted my resume with several managers and e-mailed back within 2 days. Determined position fit wasn't there at this time but felt they have a good handle on fit for future.
