The recruiter forgot to include the meeting link in the invite so I had to scramble to contact the client directly. I was assured I would be compensated for spec work, she gave me the run around and never paid me.

I was contacted by a recruiter for an interviewer. After communicating via email, we scheduled a call. I waited, and waited, and waited... I called and emailed her to make sure we were still on, and no responses. I have had some horrible interview experiences, but at least they showed up. This person straight up ghosted me. Incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and if I was a company looking to use Aquent to recruit employees, I'd run away fast because they're clearly not doing their jobs and reflecting the companies they represent in a bad light.
