This was a very lengthy process. Recruiter, Regional Director, Staff and Executives only to not get an offer. The initial recruiter is great! After that, it is grill. End of the entire month process, they re-wrote the qualifications.

Phone interview with head recruiter was great. However with the would be manager was horrible. Basic interview questions and not very enthusiastic at all. I totally lost interest towards the end of the interview. I'm sure she sensed it also.

Thorough. Met with the Regional Director, the sales team and the agent team. Had a phone interview with the President for final review. There was a portion to ask my questions, which were subsequently answered. There was time to discuss previous metrics, aspirations for the future, etc.
